Sizanane Property Services “Sizanane” is a Black- owned professional consulting firm with vast consulting experience in both private and public sector. We pride ourselves in knowing our clients and bring a balanced mix of innovation with sound business principles for our clients. Our service offering is enhanced through the strategic alliances and partnerships we have formed over the years which greatly enhances our ability in tailoring solutions to address our client needs from a technical and business perspective.

The management team previously served at Companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Transnet, First National Bank and ABSA as well as in the Public sector at the most senior level. For us to offer a wholesome solution to our clients, we have established strategic alliances with our technology partners, including partners in the built industry.

The Company’s competency is in the Property Valuations, Property Management & Asset Management sector. The area requires strong technical experience and project / program management expertise. We have compiled market valuations and replacement cost valuations for institutions, public and private investors and listed funds. We have also expanded our capacity to undertake mass valuations for rates and tax purposes.

We were involved in the sale transaction of commercial properties of over R1bn between Transnet Retirement Fund Property Trust (TRFPT) and Pangbourne Properties Ltd and mainly involved in the sales prices and cash flow projections of the properties involved.
We have performed valuations for independent public and private institutions involved in the financial sector.
We have compiled more than 10 general valuation rolls with various municipalities successfully across the country.

Apart from untilizing the best systems available internationally, Sizanane also devloped its own Mass Appraisal System to enable a scalable and cost effective valuation system that caters for and incorporates best practice techniques for property valuation in South Africa.
